com as entidades interessadas. Por outras palavras, um Modelo de Neg\u00f3cio \u00e9 um conjunto de atividades organizadas para satisfazer as necessidades percebidas do mercado. Especifica que partes, dentro ou fora da empresa, executam as tarefas, e como estas est\u00e3o ligadas umas \u00e0s outras<\/b>&#8220;. (Zott &amp; Amit, 2017, p.20)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Isto \u00e9, o Modelo de Neg\u00f3cio define como a empresa funciona e cria valor para as entidades envolvidas (Casadesus-Masanell, Ricart, 2010), dando \u00eanfase a v\u00e1rios aspetos do funcionamento da empresa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Exemplos de defini\u00e7\u00e3o de Modelo de Neg\u00f3cio:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Um Modelo de Neg\u00f3cio \u00e9 &#8220;<i>Um modelo para construir e utilizar recursos de forma a proporcionar aos clientes uma oferta melhor do que a concorr\u00eancia, e ao mesmo tempo gerar lucro a curto e longo prazo<\/i>&#8220;. (Afuah &amp; Tucci, 2000)<\/li>\n<li>Um Modelo de Neg\u00f3cio inclui &#8220;<i>Decis\u00f5es de gest\u00e3o, relativas a sal\u00e1rios, contratos, localiza\u00e7\u00e3o de im\u00f3veis, \u00e0 integra\u00e7\u00e3o vertical, a iniciativas de marketing e vendas, entre outros. Tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel prever o impacto dessas decis\u00f5es na forma como o valor \u00e9 criado para o cliente e no funcionamento geral da empresa<\/i>&#8220;. (Casadesus-Masanell &amp; Ricart, 2011)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Modelo de Neg\u00f3cio pode ser entendido como uma descri\u00e7\u00e3o das estrat\u00e9gias e dos m\u00e9todos, utilizados por uma Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, para executar as atividades\/tarefas di\u00e1rias. (Falencikowski, 2013).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Segundo a an\u00e1lise de Porter (2001), <b>um Modelo de Neg\u00f3cio \u00e9 uma descri\u00e7\u00e3o das atividades de uma empresa para gerar lucro<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uma abordagem abrangente para mapear Modelos de Neg\u00f3cio pode ilustrar os m\u00e9todos que uma empresa adota para gerar rendimento, sustentar as atividades e tarefas e fornecer valor aos clientes. <b>Os Modelos de Neg\u00f3cio auxiliam os empreendedores a maximizar os lucros, ao mesmo tempo que proporcionam uma vantagem competitiva permanente<\/b>.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Classifica\u00e7\u00e3o de Modelos de Neg\u00f3cio<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uma das classifica\u00e7\u00f5es mais gerais de rela\u00e7\u00f5es de mercado \u00e9:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>B2C (Business-to-Customer)<\/strong> &#8211; as empresas procuram atrair clientes individualmente. Este \u00e9 o modelo que tem sido mais desenvolvido desde 1995.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>B2B (Business-to-Business)<\/strong> &#8211; empresas proporcionam os seus bens e servi\u00e7os a outras empresas. Este tipo de Modelo de Neg\u00f3cio gera o maior cash flow.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>C2C (Customer-to-Customer)<\/strong> &#8211; neste caso, a possibilidade de troca de bens entre consumidores \u00e9 organizada, por exemplo, atrav\u00e9s de leil\u00f5es online.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>P2P (Peer-to-Peer\/ Par-a-Par)<\/strong> &#8211; consiste em utilizar a Internet de forma a que os utilizadores partilhem ficheiros diretamente uns com os outros, sem terem de os transferir atrav\u00e9s de um servidor principal.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>M-commerce (Mobile Commerce)<\/strong> &#8211; refere-se aos dispositivos wireless atrav\u00e9s dos quais s\u00e3o feitas as transa\u00e7\u00f5es.
