Cu alte cuvinte, un model de business este un pachet &#8211; un sistem &#8211;\u00a0 de activit\u0103\u021bi specifice desf\u0103\u0219urate pentru a satisface nevoile pie\u021bei. Modelul specific\u0103 p\u0103r\u021bile sau partenerii de afaceri care desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 activit\u0103\u021bile specifice \u0219i modul \u00een care aceste activit\u0103\u021bi sunt legate \u00eentre ele<\/b>&#8220;. (Zott &amp; Amit, 2017, p.20)<\/p>\n<p>La un nivel mai \u00eenalt de detaliere, modelul de business se refer\u0103 la modul \u00een care o companie func\u021bioneaz\u0103 \u0219i creeaz\u0103 valoare pentru p\u0103r\u021bile interesate (Casadesus-Masanell, Ricart, 2010), pun\u00e2nd accentul pe diferite aspecte ale func\u021bion\u0103rii acesteia.<\/p>\n<p>Exemple de defini\u021bii ale unui model de afaceri:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Un model de business este \u201e<i>O metod\u0103 de construire \u0219i utilizare a resurselor pentru a oferi clien\u021bilor o ofert\u0103 mai bun\u0103 dec\u00e2t concuren\u021ba \u0219i generarea de profituri pe termen scurt \u0219i lung<\/i>\u201d. (Afuah &amp; Tucci, 2000).<\/li>\n<li>Un model de business \u00eencorporeaz\u0103 \u201e<i>Decizii de management referitoare<\/i> <i>la salarizare, contracte, loca\u021bie, integrare vertical\u0103, ini\u021biative de v\u00e2nzare \u0219i marketing etc. \u0219i impactul acestor decizii asupra modului \u00een care se creeaz\u0103 valoarea pentru client \u0219i modul \u00een care compania func\u021bioneaz\u0103 \u00een general <\/i>\u201d(Casadesus-Masanell &amp; Ricart, 2011) .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Modelul de business poate fi g\u00e2ndit ca o descriere a logicii \u0219i metodelor unei companii prin care \u00ee\u0219i desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 opera\u021biunile zilnice (Falencikowski, 2013).<\/p>\n<p>Pe baza unei analize efectuate de Porter (2001), <b>un model de business este o descriere a activit\u0103\u021bii unei companii <\/b><b>astfel<\/b> <b>\u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 ob\u021bin\u0103 profit<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>O abordare cuprinz\u0103toare pentru clasificarea modelelor de business poate ilustra metodele pe care le adopt\u0103 o companie pentru generarea de venituri, sus\u021binerea opera\u021biunilor \u0219i oferirea de valoare clien\u021bilor. <b>Modelele de business pot ajuta antreprenorii s\u0103 maximizeze profit<\/b><b>ul<\/b><b>, oferind \u00een acela\u0219i timp o cale de a dezvolta \u0219i de a sus\u021bine un avantaj competitiv permanent.<\/b><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Clasificarea modelelor de business<\/h3>\n<p>Una din cele mai generale clasific\u0103ri din punct de vedere al rela\u021biilor de market este:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>B2C (Business-<\/b><b>la<\/b><b>-C<\/b><b>lient<\/b><b>)<\/b> &#8211; compania \u00eencearc\u0103 s\u0103 atrag\u0103 clien\u021bi individuali. Acesta este modelul cel mai dezvoltat din 1995.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>B2B (Business-<\/b><b>la<\/b><b>-Business)<\/b> \u2013 compania \u00ee\u0219i direc\u021bioneaz\u0103 produsele \u0219i serviciile c\u0103tre alte companii. Acest model de business genereaz\u0103 cel mai mare flux de numerar.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>C2C (C<\/b><b>lient<\/b><b>&#8211;<\/b><b>la<\/b><b>-C<\/b><b>lient<\/b><b>) <\/b>\u2013 \u00een acest caz, posibilitatea de a schimba produse \u00eentre consumatori este organizat\u0103, de exemplu, prin licita\u021bii.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>P2P (P<\/b><b>ersoan\u0103<\/b><b>&#8211;<\/b><b>la<\/b><b>-P<\/b><b>ersoan\u0103<\/b><b>) <\/b>\u2013 const\u0103 \u00een folosirea Internetului astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t utilizatorii schimb\u0103 produse direct, f\u0103r\u0103 a le trece printr-un server.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>M-commerce (<\/b><b>Comer\u021b <\/b><b>Mobil) <\/b>\u2013 se refer\u0103 tranzac\u021bii realizate cu ajutorul dispozitivelor mobile.
