INTRODUCERE<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201e<em>\u00cen\u021belegerea \u0219i dezvoltarea modelelor de afaceri \u00een era globaliz\u0103rii<\/em>\u201d, este un Proiect Erasmus+ a c\u0103rui idee a derivat din faptul c\u0103 \u00een fiecare an se \u00eenfiin\u021beaz\u0103 tot mai multe \u00eentreprinderi, dar mai pu\u021bin de 40% dintre acestea supravie\u021buiesc primii 5 ani. Principala problem\u0103 este c\u0103 mul\u021bi viitori antreprenori nu folosesc puterea modelelor de afaceri \u0219i par s\u0103 nu acorde suficient\u0103 aten\u021bie acestei etape a cre\u0103rii companiei.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen ultimii ani, pie\u021bele europene \u0219i mondiale au suferit de schimb\u0103ri semnificative \u0219i bru\u0219te din cauza diferitelor procese, de exemplu, globalizarea, integrarea european\u0103, dezvoltarea TIC, criza economic\u0103 global\u0103 \u0219i pandemia COVID-19. Aceste elemente instig\u0103 la schimbarea strategiilor de afaceri \u0219i a modelelor de afaceri ale companiilor. Aceast\u0103 schimbare devine \u0219i mai necesar\u0103 \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te \u00eentreprinderile mici \u0219i mijlocii, deoarece acestea sunt mai expuse la pierderea competitivit\u0103\u021bii cauzat\u0103 de schimb\u0103rile pie\u021bei. Interac\u021biunile dintre companii \u0219i al\u021bi juc\u0103tori de pe pia\u021b\u0103 sunt considerate ca factori cheie \u00een dezvoltarea afacerilor de succes (Mele, Russo-Spena &amp; Colurcio, 2010) \u0219i pentru a eviden\u021bia aceste elemente, un model clar este crucial pentru a defini o strategie corect\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Proiectul ProBM 2 este o continuare a proiectului ProBM \u201e\u00cen\u021belegerea \u0219i dezvoltarea modelelor de afaceri\u201d (ERASMUS+), \u00een care partenerii au dezvoltat un compendiu simplu \u0219i util de modele de afaceri pentru antreprenori sau viitori antreprenori.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Acest compendiu ofer\u0103 baza pentru preg\u0103tirea unei oferte educa\u021bionale sub forma unui program de formare (on-line \u0219i off-line) pentru formatori \u0219i furnizorii de formare \u00een domeniul educa\u021biei adul\u021bilor, care ar putea fi utilizat pentru a educa antreprenori \u0219i al\u021bi adul\u021bi interesa\u021bi s\u0103 dob\u00e2ndeasc\u0103 sau s\u0103-\u0219i extind\u0103 cuno\u0219tin\u021bele \u0219i competen\u021bele \u00een domeniul modelelor de afaceri.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Obiectivul principal al proiectului ProBM 2 este de a cre\u0219te abilit\u0103\u021bile \u0219i cuno\u0219tin\u021bele trainerilor \u0219i furnizorilor de formare \u00een predarea modelelor de afaceri. Cuno\u0219tin\u021bele \u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bile dob\u00e2ndite vor contribui \u00een mod direct la proiectarea \u0219i utilizarea unui model de afaceri bun de c\u0103tre beneficiari (adul\u021bii care doresc s\u0103-\u0219i deschid\u0103 un business sau care au deja o afacere) pentru implementarea acestora \u00een \u00eentreprinderile lor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Acest ghid metodologic \u0219i planul cursului de formare ofer\u0103 adul\u021bilor un instrument util pentru a folosi tot materialul de instruire oferit de cursul de formare ProBM2, \u00een special utilizarea instrumentelor \u0219i resurselor digitale oferite de curs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Acest ghid este structurat dup\u0103 cum urmeaz\u0103:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">O descriere a rezultatelor analizei nevoilor, descriind situa\u021bia actual\u0103 \u0219i nevoile specifice ale sectorului cu privire la utilizarea Business Model Canvas.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Principiile didactice care inspir\u0103 cursul de formare, reflect\u00e2nd aten\u021bia dedicat\u0103 cursantului \u0219i rolul activ al acestuia \u00een procesul de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Structura programului de instruire, cu o privire de ansamblu asupra planului de instruire \u0219i a caracteristicilor acestuia, urmat\u0103 de o list\u0103 a modulelor de instruire ProBM2.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen final, instruc\u021biunile de aplicare corect\u0103 a resurselor digitale create pentru curs. ANALIZA NEVOILOR DE FORMARE<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prima faz\u0103 a proiectului a implicat un chestionar care a fost conceput pentru a culege informa\u021bii despre cunoa\u0219terea, \u00een\u021belegerea \u0219i utilizarea modelelor de afaceri \u00een practic\u0103. Rezultatele au fost utilizate pentru dezvoltarea programului de formare \u00een domeniul modelelor de afaceri pentru antreprenori \u0219i traineri. Printre cei eligibili s\u0103 participe se num\u0103r\u0103 directori, antreprenori, proprietari de afaceri, manageri de afaceri, \u0219efi de departament management sau \u0219efi de resurse umane, care sunt implica\u021bi \u00een gestionarea micro\u00eentreprinderilor care au func\u021bionat de minim 5 ani. Cercetarea a adunat r\u0103spunsuri de la 5-11 responden\u021bi din fiecare \u021bar\u0103 partener\u0103, fiecare dintre ace\u0219tia a completat un sondaj despre modelele de afaceri. Chestionarele au fost efectuate electronic (prin e-mail, Skype, Google Drive) \u0219i fa\u021b\u0103 \u00een fa\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pe baza rezultatelor ob\u021binute \u00een urma sondajelor, se poate afirma c\u0103 antreprenorii din \u021b\u0103rile partenere au c\u00e2teva cuno\u0219tin\u021be de baz\u0103 despre ce sunt modelele de afaceri (94,55% dintre intervieva\u021bi au r\u0103spuns c\u0103 \u0219tiu ce este un model de afaceri), dar doar 43,64% dintre antreprenori au auzit de Business Model Canvas. Aproape 100% dintre cei intervieva\u021bi au recunoscut importan\u021ba dezvolt\u0103rii unui model de afaceri \u00een contribu\u021bia la succesul unei companii \u0219i modul \u00een care un model de afaceri \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021be\u0219te situa\u021bia unei afaceri sau a unei companii pe pia\u021b\u0103. Ei au mai afirmat c\u0103 un model de afaceri este crucial \u00een reducerea barierelor sau pentru a-\u0219i \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi propria afacere. Mai mult, au enumerat o serie de beneficii care decurg din buna utilizare a modelelor de afaceri:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Planific\u0103 cre\u0219terea business-ului<\/li>\n<li>\u00cembun\u0103t\u0103\u021be\u0219te eficien\u021ba opera\u021bional\u0103<\/li>\n<li>Cre\u0219te rentabilitatea \u0219i eficien\u021ba<\/li>\n<li>Asigur\u0103 sustenabilitate financiar\u0103<\/li>\n<li>Asigur\u0103 reputa\u021bie unic\u0103 pe pia\u021b\u0103<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen ciuda recunoa\u0219terii rolului aplic\u0103rii modelelor de afaceri \u00een companii, doar pu\u021bin peste jum\u0103tate dintre antreprenorii intervieva\u021bi (50,91%) au aplicat modele de afaceri \u00een cadrul companiilor lor. Restul (49,09%) au recunoscut c\u0103 nu au aplicat modele de afaceri pentru c\u0103 nu \u0219tiau s\u0103 le foloseasc\u0103 sau au indicat alte motive, precum: Stadiul incipient al dezvolt\u0103rii afacerii \u0219i specificul acesteia; Lipsa de cuno\u0219tin\u021be a conducerii despre acest subiect; Accentul companiei este \u00een principal pe fluxurile de venituri, a\u0219a c\u0103 nu s-a pus mult accent pe alte elemente ale BM.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Deoarece Business Model Canvas (BMC) este considerat a fi cel mai simplu \u0219i popular instrument pentru crearea unui model de afaceri, este nevoie de a cre\u0219te gradul de con\u0219tientizare \u0219i de a-i \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba pe antreprenori cum s\u0103 foloseasc\u0103 Business Model Canvas, deoarece mai pu\u021bin de jum\u0103tate dintre responden\u021bi \u0219tiau ce este BMC, \u0219i pu\u021bini intervieva\u021bi au sus\u021binut c\u0103 au folosit modele de afaceri \u00een companiile lor.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"width: 100%; background-color: #808080; color: #ffffff; padding: 16px; margin-bottom: 10px;\" id=\"h_378807333651652461211127\"><strong>3. PRINCIPII DIDACTICE<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Principiile didactice care ar trebui folosite \u0219i care ar putea fi foarte utile formatorilor \u00een timpul implement\u0103rii materialului de instruire ProBM2 sunt prezentate \u00een continuare. Prin combinarea instrumentelor de instruire online \u0219i aplicarea corect\u0103 a urm\u0103toarelor principii didactice, ar trebui s\u0103 fie mai u\u0219or s\u0103 se realizeze obiectivele de formare ale cursului de formare ProBM2.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"width: 100%; background-color: #ffc000; color: #000000; padding: 10px; margin-bottom: 8px;\">Modelul de formare se bazeaz\u0103 pe o abordare centrat\u0103 pe cursant<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cursan\u021bii adul\u021bi percep \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea ca fiind valoroas\u0103 dac\u0103 exist\u0103 un motiv pentru aceasta, cum ar fi faptul c\u0103 este relevant\u0103 pentru dezvoltarea lor personal\u0103 \u0219i profesional\u0103. Acesta este motivul pentru care este esen\u021bial ca profesioni\u0219tii s\u0103 proiecteze \u0219i s\u0103 prezinte materiale relevante orientate spre sarcini, urm\u0103rind \u00eentotdeauna interesele cursan\u021bilor \u0219i \u00eendeplinind nevoile de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare. Pentru a face acest lucru, \u00een centrul procesului de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare ar trebui s\u0103 fie cursan\u021bii \u0219i contextul, interesele \u0219i \u00eentreb\u0103rile acestora. Ei ar trebui s\u0103 fie capabili, \u00eentr-o anumit\u0103 m\u0103sur\u0103, s\u0103 decid\u0103 ce \u0219i cum vor s\u0103 \u00eenve\u021be. Formatorii ar trebui s\u0103 utilizeze o strategie care s\u0103 includ\u0103, de exemplu, experien\u021ba de lucru a grupului \u021bint\u0103. Educatorii ar trebui s\u0103 utilizeze modele care \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021besc procesul de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare legat de realitatea cursan\u021bilor. Ar trebui creat un spa\u021biu pentru procesele de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare autonom\u0103 \u0219i o monitorizare continu\u0103 a implic\u0103rii cursan\u021bilor. Ar trebui s\u0103 fie un spa\u021biu de participare \u00een care cursan\u021bii s\u0103 fie implica\u021bi c\u00e2t mai mult posibil. Formatorii ar trebui s\u0103 fie con\u0219tien\u021bi de motiva\u021biile, a\u0219tept\u0103rile, nevoile de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare \u0219i preferin\u021bele cursan\u021bilor. Formatorii ar trebui s\u0103 \u00eencurajeze colaborarea, opiniile \u0219i discu\u021biile \u0219i s\u0103 cear\u0103 feedback cu privire la \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare \u0219i instrumentele oferite, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t cursantul s\u0103 fie apreciat \u0219i s\u0103 se simt\u0103 \u00een centrul procesului de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"width: 100%; background-color: #ffc000; color: #000000; padding: 10px; margin-bottom: 8px;\"><a name=\"_Toc102035539\"><\/a>Abordarea didactic\u0103 bazat\u0103 pe: Autonomie, \u00cenv\u0103\u021bare activ\u0103, \u00cenv\u0103\u021bare prin experien\u021b\u0103<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cursan\u021bii adul\u021bi prefer\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea autonom\u0103, mai degrab\u0103 dec\u00e2t o abordare condus\u0103 de instructor. Aceasta \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 formatorii trebuie s\u0103 creeze o cale de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare care s\u0103 poat\u0103 fi autogestionat\u0103 de c\u0103tre cursan\u021bi. \u00cencurajarea curiozit\u0103\u021bii, crearea de oportunit\u0103\u021bi pentru ca aceasta s\u0103 se manifeste \u00een \u00eentreb\u0103ri, explorare, experimente, rezolvarea de probleme, angajarea \u00een situa\u021bii, discu\u021bii \u0219i descoperire sunt ac\u021biuni de \u00eentreprins pentru a stimula tendin\u021ba natural\u0103 a oamenilor de a \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba prin explorare. De obicei, exemplele din via\u021ba real\u0103 \u0219i leg\u0103turile cu lumea real\u0103 sunt cele mai eficiente metode de a \u00eencuraja autonomia cursan\u021bilor, de exemplu, studii de caz, discu\u021bii \u0219i lucru \u00een grup, rezolvarea de probleme.
